Chairperson Mr. Himadrish Suwan, along with his wife Mrs. Amulya Suwan, had the honour of officially calling on the Hon’ble Speaker of the Lok Sabha (Indian Parliament), Shri Om Birla, on 8 March 2026 at the Speaker’s House in        New Delhi.

On 4 March 2026, Chairperson Mr. Himadrish Suwan, along with his wife Mrs. Amulya Suwan, had the honour of calling on Hon’ble Jawed Ashraf, IFS, Chairman of India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO), Government of India and exchanged warm pleasantries.

On 10 February 2026, Chairperson Mr. Himadrish Suwan along with Mrs. Amulya Suwan called on His Excellency Dr. Robert Abela, Prime Minister of Malta, at his office at Auberge de Castille, Valletta.

On 14 February 2026, Chairperson Mr. Suwan along with Mrs. Amulya Suwan, called on the Hon’ble Chairman of New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC), Shri Keshav Chandra, IAS.

The Confederation of Young Leaders of India (CYL) hosted its flagship “Rendezvous with the Ambassador” series featuring the Ambassador of Romania to India Her Excellency Mrs. Sena Latif, at the Embassy of Romania in New Delhi on 20 January 2026.
The Confederation of Young Leaders of India (CYL) had the honour of hosting a CYL Distinguished Lecture Series, delivered by His Excellency Dr. Anġlu Farrugia, Speaker of the House of Representatives of Malta on 16 January 2026.
On 10 January 2026, Chairperson Mr. Suwan, along with Mrs. Amulya Suwan, officially called on Her Excellency Ms. Azarel Ernesta, Speaker of the National Assembly of Seychelles (Speaker of the Parliament of Seychelles), today on the sidelines of her official visit to India for the 28th Conference of Speakers and Presiding Officers of the Commonwealth (CSPOC).

On 20 December 2025, Chairperson Mr. Suwan had the honour of officially calling on the newly elected National President of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Honourable Shri Nitin Nabin.

On 10 December 2025, Chairperson Mr Suwan along with Mrs. Amulya Suwan, had the honour of calling on Her Excellency Mrs. Annita Demetriou, President of the House of Representatives (Parliament) of the Republic of Cyprus—the second highest constitutional office in the country, following the President of Cyprus—at the Parliament of Cyprus, during their official visit to Cyprus.

Mrs and Mr Suwan were accorded a warm welcome by H.E. the President, who also graciously offered a personally guided tour of the Parliament, reflecting the spirit of friendship and mutual respect between the two nations.

On 5 December 2025, Chairperson, Mr. Suwan arrived in Oslo, Norway to a warm and gracious welcome on his maiden visit, at the India House in Norway, in the august presence of the Indian Ambassador to Norway, H.E. Ms. Gloria Gangte.

On 11 November 2025, Chairperson Mr. Himadrish Suwan along with Mrs. Amulya Suwan had the distinct honour of receiving a private audience with Her Excellency Mrs. Annita Demetriou, President of the House of Representatives (Parliament) of the Republic of Cyprus. 

On 10 November 2025, Chairperson Mr. Himadrish Suwan, along with Mrs. Amulya Suwan, had the privilege of calling on Hon’ble Dr. V. Anantha Nageswaran, the Chief Economic Advisor to the Government of India and to the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, at his chamber in the Kartavya Bhawan, New Delhi.

On 10 November 2025, Chairperson Mr. Himadrish Suwan, along with his spouse Mrs. Amulya Gupta Suwan, called on the Cabinet Secretary of India, Hon’ble Shri T. V. Somanathan.

On this occasion, Chairperson Mr. Suwan presented the publication of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi on Swachh Bharat, highlighting India’s continued commitment to cleanliness, public health, and nation-building.

On 5 November 2025, Chairperson Mr. Suwan and his spouse, Mrs. Amulya Gupta Suwan, had the honour of meeting the Hon’ble Minister of State for Labour and Employment and Minister of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises of India, Her Excellency Smt. Shobha Karandlaje, at her chamber in Shram Shakti Bhawan, New Delhi.

On 2 November 2025, Chairperson Mr. Himadrish Suwan, along with his spouse Mrs. Amulya Gupta Suwan, met the High Commissioner of Seychelles to India, Her Excellency Mrs. Lalatiana Accouche, and had an insightful conversation on enhancing people-to-people connections between India and Seychelles.

On 10 November 2025, Chairperson Mr. Suwan called on H.E. Mr. Reuben Gauci, the High Commissioner of Malta to India, and received a copy of the special commemorative publication marking the 60th Anniversary of India–Malta Diplomatic Relations.

The publication, brought out by the Indian Council of World Affairs (ICWA), features messages from Hon’ble Dr. Ian Borg, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs of Malta, and Hon’ble Dr. S. Jaishankar, External Affairs Minister of India.

On 4 October 2025, Chairperson Mr. Suwan met H.E. Mr. Denis Alipov, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to India, and held an engaging discussion on advancing India–Russia cooperation in the fields of youth engagement, education, culture, and innovation.

On 10 September 2025, Chairperson Mr. Suwan met H.E. Mr. Kimmo Lähdevirta, Ambassador of Finland.

A Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the SCO Center for Public Diplomacy in Uzbekistan and the Confederation of Young Leaders of India on the sidelines of the visit of Chairperson Mr. Himadrish Suwan to Russia on 22 September 2025.
On 2 September 2025, Chairperson Mr. Suwan spent quality time and held an extensive discussion with India’s Ambassador to Russia, His Excellency Mr. Vinay Kumar, at the historic India House in Moscow — a residence that once served as home to two of India’s towering figures, Smt. Vijaya Lakshmi Pandit and Dr.Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, during their distinguished tenures as India’s Ambassadors to Russia.
On 10 August 2025, Chairperson Mr. Suwan was featured in an exclusive interview with CGTN, China’s largest state-owned media, on its flagship program Our World ahead of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Summit being held in China today.

Chairperson Mr. Suwan had the honor of hosting a cordial dinner in New Delhi on 22 August 2025 in honor of H.E. Mr. Xu Feihong, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to India, and Madame Ms. Tan Yuxiu.

The Confederation of Young Leaders of India (CYL) proudly hosted its latest edition of the “Rendezvous with the Ambassador” series – Coffee with Ambassador with H.E. Mr. Lee Seong Ho, Ambassador of the Republic of Koreato India at the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in New Delhi on 22 August 2025.

The interaction provided an enriching platform for young leaders of India to engage in meaningful dialogue on the growing India–Korea partnership and avenues for deeper cooperation across diverse sectors.

Confederation of Young Leaders of India hosted its flagship Coffee with the Ambassador program under the Rendezvous with the Ambassador series on 20 August 2025 at Bikaner House, New Delhi.

The session featured Her Excellency Ms. Rath Many, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia to India, who engaged with young leaders and shared valuable insights on the deep-rooted India–Cambodia relationship, people-to-people exchanges, and pathways for greater cooperation between the youth of both nations.

On 10 August 2025, Chairperson Mr. Suwan met Mr. Miguel Abela and extended his warm congratulations on assuming office as the President of the Labour Youth — the youth wing of the governing Labour Party of Malta.

On 5 August 2025, Chairperson Mr. Suwan called on the Minister for Health and Active Ageing of the Republic of Malta, His Excellency Prof. Jo Etienne Abela, at his office in Malta.

On 14 July 2025, in Bangkok, Chairperson Mr. Suwan met with H.E. Dr. Gongsak Yodmani, the Governor of the Sports Authority of Thailand (SAT).

On 14 July 2025, in Bangkok, Chairperson Mr. Suwan met Mr. Brian L. Marcar, Managing Director of Tero Entertainment — the largest and most influential mass media and entertainment company in Thailand. During the visit, the Chairman toured the company’s headquarters and interacted with leading Thai actors and actresses.

On 14 July 2025,in Bangkok, Chairperson Mr Suwan had the great honour of calling on His Excellency Dr. Wan Muhamad Noor Matha, the Speaker of the House of Representatives of Thailand and President of the National Assembly of Thailand, at the Parliament of Thailand.

On 10 July 2025, The Chairperson of the Confederation of Young Leaders of India (CYL) paid a visit to the Center for China & Globalization (CCG), a premier global think tank based in Beijing, dedicated to high-impact research and international engagement.

He was warmly received by Dr. Mable Lu MIAO, Secretary General of CCG, for a meaningful interaction on future collaborations, diplomacy, and global governance.

On 10 July 2025, Chairperson Mr. Himadrish Suwan delivered the keynote address at the Opening Ceremony of the prestigious Ministerial Dialogue on Global Civilization held in Beijing.

In his powerful remarks, Chairman Mr. Suwan passionately articulated India’s timeless civilizational ethos of “VasudhaivaKutumbakam” — the world is one family — a principle India has long championed.

He also proudly highlighted  India’s historic G20 Presidency under the visionary leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, anchored on the theme:

His speech received a thundering applause from the distinguished gathering of ministers, parliamentarians, diplomats, and global leaders from over 140 countries.

On 11 June 2025, Chairperson Mr. Suwan received Prof. Manuel Gonzalo at his residence in New Delhi during his official visit to India.

Prof. Gonzalo serves as Professor at the National University of Quilmes (UNQ) and the National University of Chilecito (UNdeC), and is the Coordinator of the India Working Group of the Argentine Council for International Relations (CARI), Argentina.

On 11 May 2025, Chairperson Mr.Suwan met the newly arrived Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to India, H.E. Ms. ChavanartThangsumphant, at her residence.

On 20 May 2025, During his visit to Manila, the Philippines, Chairperson Mr. Suwan was accorded a warm ceremonial welcome by the Assistant Secretary (Assistant Minister) of the Government of the Philippines, Her Excellency Mrs. Elizabeth N. Lopez De Leon.
On 12 May 2025, Chairperson Mr. Suwan, along with the President of the Confederation of Indian Universities, Dr. Trivedi, had the honour of calling on the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Delhi, Smt. Rekha Gupta.

On 11 May 2025, Chairperson Mr. Suwan called on H.E. Mr. Lee Seong-ho, Ambassador of the Republic ofKorea at the Korean Embassy in New Delhi.

Chairperson received Mr. Sam Baron from California, USA, on 10 May 2025.

Mr. Sam Baron is a noted researcher and policy analyst with extensive experience at the intersection of human rights and trade policy. Over the course of his career, he has held key policy-focused roles related to Southeast Asia and Japan with distinguished organizations such as the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), The Asia Group, and the U.S. State Department. He also maintains affiliations with several prominent research institutions dedicated to the Indo-Pacific region.

On 10 May 2025, Chairperson Mr. Suwan met Hon’ble Shri Manjinder Singh Sirsa, Delhi’s Cabinet Minister for Industry, Food & Supplies, and Forest & Environment at the Delhi Secretariat today.
On 30 April 2025, Chairperson Mr. Suwan attended the Birthday Reception of Padma Vibhushan Awardee, Hon’ble Dr. Sonal Mansingh — Member of the Indian Parliament, India’s Legendary Cultural Icon & Cultural Ambassador, Prime Minister of India’s Navratna for Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, and Patron of the Confederation of Young Leaders of India.

Chairperson Mr. Suwan, along with Ms. Medha Jaishankar, received Mr. Ankur Verma’s best-selling book Pixels to Profits in New Delhi on 24 April 2025.

On 18 April 2025, Chairperson Mr. Suwan met the Danish Ambassador to India, H.E. Mr. Rasmus Abildgaard Kristensen, at the Danish Embassy in New Delhi. The two had a long and cordial conversation on further promoting youth-led people-to-people exchanges, cultural exchanges, entrepreneurial exchanges, sustainable exchanges, and ecological exchanges between India and Denmark.

The Viksit Bharat Yatra 2025, organised by the Confederation of Young Leaders of India, commenced with a magnificent Opening Ceremony on the evening of 15 April 2025 at the iconic Multipurpose Hall, India International Centre, New Delhi.

The ceremony marked the beginning of a powerful journey for 60+ meritorious young minds from every state and union territory of India, united under one vision — to contribute towards Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s dream of Viksit Bharat@2047.

During the course of the Viksit Bharat Yatra 2025, organized by the Confederation of Young Leaders of India, the delegation visited the Delhi Secretariat for an insightful interaction with Hon’ble Shri Kapil Mishra, Cabinet Minister, Government of Delhi.
As part of the transformative Viksit Bharat Yatra 2025, organized by the Confederation of Young Leaders of India, the selected delegates had the special honour of meeting Hon’ble Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya, Union Minister for Youth Affairs and Sports, and Minister for Labour and Employment, Government of India, at his official office in New Delhi on 16 April 2025.

As part of the prestigious Viksit Bharat Yatra 2025, organized by the Confederation of Young Leaders of India from 15th to 17 April 2025 in New Delhi, delegates had the privilege of visiting the Ministry of Minority Affairs, Government of India.

In a highly enriching session, the young leaders engaged in a thought-provoking dialogue with Hon’ble Dr. Chandrashekhar Kumar, IAS, Secretary, Ministry of Minority Affairs, Government of India, and one of India’s most senior bureaucrats.

The interaction focused on key policy matters including the Waqf and the recent amendments, schemes for minority welfare, and the Government of India’s commitment to SabkaSaath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, SabkaPrayas. Dr. Kumar shed light on governance mechanisms aimed at promoting inclusive development and socio-economic upliftment across communities — a crucial pillar of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s vision for Viksit Bharat@2047.

From 15th to 17 April 2025, the Confederation of Young Leaders of India proudly hosted the Viksit Bharat Yatra 2025 in New Delhi, uniting 60+ top young achievers from across all states and Union Territories of India for an inspiring three-day leadership and governance immersion.

As part of the Yatra, delegates visited the National Headquarters of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) — the world’s largest political party — for a high-level roundtable dialogue with Hon’ble Shri Vinod Tawde, National General Secretary of the Bharatiya Janata Party, and Shri Pradeep Bhandari, National Spokesperson of the Bharatiya Janata Party. Delegates toured the iconic party headquarters and engaged in meaningful interactions with senior leadership, gaining insights into political strategy, governance models, and the role of youth in India’s democratic transformation.

This landmark initiative reflects Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s visionary mission for Viksit Bharat@2047 — to build an empowered, globally respected, and future-ready India through the strength of its youth.

On 10 March 2025, The Argentine Council for International Relations hosted a working breakfast meeting for Chairperson Mr. Suwan during his visit to Buenos Aires, with the participation of Ambassador Hugo Gobbi, National Senator for Río Negro, Silvina García Larraburu, and members of the Council’s Committee on Asian Affairs. The meeting was led by CARI President Francisco de Santibañes, where agendas were exchangedand strategies were shared to promote cooperation between the countries.

Celebrating 60 Years of India-Malta Diplomatic Relations!

Chairperson Mr. Suwan had the distinct honor and privilege of officially calling on Her Excellency Dr. Myriam Spiteri Debono, President of the Republic of Malta, at the Presidential Palace in Malta on 12 March 2025. Accompanied by Mr. BibinBabu, Director General, Mr. Suwan presented Her Excellency with a special publication commemorating 60 years of India-Malta diplomatic ties.

On 10 March 2025, India’s Ambassador to Argentina, H.E. Mr. Dinesh Bhatia, received Chairperson Mr. Suwan and DG Mr. Bibin Babu in Argentina during their visit and had a long and cordial conversation on matters of mutual interest.

On 10 March 2025, Chairperson Mr. Suwan attended a reception hosted in his honour at the National Parliament of Argentina in recognition of his visit to the country. The reception was led by H.E. Ms. Rocío Bonacci, MP and other prominent parliamentarians. They engaged in meaningful discussions on India-Argentina bilateral relations, with a special focus on people-to-people exchanges. Additionally, they toured the Parliament and interacted with esteemed members of the legislative body.

2024 World Youth Skills Day Celebration

The Confederation of Young Leaders of India (CYL) and the International Association of Educators for World Peace, a United Nations affiliate institution, co-hosted a World Youth Skills Day celebration at the India International Centre in New Delhi on 15 July 2024. The theme, ‘Youth Skills for Viksit Bharat @2047,’ aligned perfectly with Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s visionary aspirations.

This event saw participation from over 100 celebrated academicians, including chancellors, vice-chancellors, scholars, students, and media personnel from across India including Prof. T G Sitharam, Chairman of the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Government of India and Dr. Anil Sahasrabudhe, Chairman of NAAC, NBA, and NETF, Government of India.

Embassy of the United States of America (USA) in India hosts CYL over a Christmas festivity private lunch at the ITC Maurya, New Delhi

CYL Chairman met H.E. Mr. José María Rídao Domínguez, the Ambassador of Spain to India. The two had a constructive conversation on promoting people to people, culture and academic cooperation with young people at its core.

Chairperson met the High Commissioner of Malaysia to India, H.E. Mr. Dato Muzafar Shah Mustafa.

They engaged in a lengthy and cordial discussion, focusing on crucial topics to bolster bilateral relations and empower youth-driven connections between India and Malaysia.

Chairperson proudly presented a publication titled “Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Vision for Swachh Bharat Abhiyan: Transforming Lives, Building New India,” reflecting their commitment to transformative initiatives.

Chairperson had a cordial meeting with The High Commissioner of Tanzania H.E Mrs. Anisa Kapufi Mbega. The two reviewed the full range of youth-led India-Tanzania people-to-people contacts. Tanzania is India’s largest and closest development partner in Africa and we will continue efforts to increase mutual understanding between the people of the two countries. Chairperson also presented a book titled ‘Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Vision for Swachh Bharat Abhiyan: Transforming Lives, Building New India’ edited by the Confederation of Young Leaders of India.

Chairperson called on H.E. Mr. Ali Achoui, the Ambassador of Algeria. The meeting was an occasion to discuss the means and ways of expanding the historical relationships of friendship and cooperation between Algeria and India. Chairperson also presented him with a book titled ‘Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Vision for Swachh Bharat Abhiyan: Transforming Lives, Building New India’ edited by the Confederation of Young Leaders of India.

Chairperson called on H.E Dr. George Vella, the President of Malta at the San Anton Palace (The Official Residence of the President of the Republic of Malta).

Chairperson called on the Ambassador of Portugal to India, H.E. Mr. João Ribeiro de Almeida and discussed cooperation for enhancing the contribution of Indian and Portuguese youth in enhancing our people to people and cultural contacts. The two had a very cordial meeting and agreed to work closely on areas of mutual interest.

Chairperson presented the Copy of the Book Titled “Prime Minister Narendra Modi’ Vision for Swachh Bharat Abhiyan (Clean India Mission): Transforming Lives, Building New India” edited and published by the Publication Division of the Confederation of Young Leaders of India.

The Children and Youth Council of the Government of Thailand received Chairperson Mr. Suwan to a warm welcome during his recent visit to Bangkok in February 2024. The Chairperson also presented award-winning publications on the good governance of the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi to the leadership.
India and Thailand share deep historical and cultural ties. With India championing the voice of the Global South, both nations shall continue to forge strong strategic partnerships including youth to youth cooperation in 2024 and beyond.

Chairperson met Assistant Secretary Honorable Mrs. Lopez De Leon of Philippines and Honorable Mr. Ronald Gian Carlo L. Cardema, Chairman of the National Youth Commission of the Government of the Philippines in Manila, the Philippines on 26 February 2024.

The leaders agreed to take forward and broaden our bilateral ties, in particular youth, education and cultural cooperation. Chairperson said, ‘’Given our mutual commitment to democratic ideals, our talented diasporas, our shared history and geography and above all, our shared desire for national growth with dignity, it is logical that we work together, to realise our vital common stake in the emerging world order.’’

Chairperson had a productive discussion with H.E. Mr. Josel F. Ignacio, Ambassador of the Philippines, on March 6, 2024 at the Embassy of the Philippines in New Delhi. The focus was on fostering youth-led cooperation in cultural, academic, and people-to-people exchanges between the two nations.

Chairperson had a fruitful meeting with H.E. Mrs Peggy Frantzen, the Ambassador of Luxembourg, on March 6, 2024, at the Embassy of Luxembourg in India. Their extensive discussion centered on advancing youth-led cooperation in people-to-people, cultural, and academic spheres. Chairperson also presented a publication on good governance of the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi to the Ambassador. Exciting collaborations lie ahead.

Chairperson called on H.E. Mr. Josel F. Ignacio, the newly arrived Ambassador of the Philippines to India. India-Philippines relations are driven by our shared values such as commitment to democracy, secularism and pluralism. The two agreed to work closely to promote youth-led people-to-people exchange mechanisms.

Chairperson called on H.E Mr. Nagesh Singh, the Ambassador of India to Thailand in Bangkok, Thailand. India and Thailand are natural partners, linked by history, geography and the close contact between our two peoples. The two deliberated on varied initiatives to deepen the flow of ideas and youth led people-to-people contacts.

Chairperson called on The Right Hon. Dig Bahadur Limbu, Cabinet Minister for Youth and Sports of Nepal. The two had a cordial and substantial conversation to promote youth-led people-to-people exchanges between our two great nations.

Chairperson was honoured to join His Excellency the Governor of the Indian State of Karnataka, Shri Thaawarchand Gehlot Ji at the inauguration of the 20th Foundation Day Anniversary Celebration of the Confederation of Indian Universities (CIU) on 29 December.

The event was graced by cabinet ministers; over 50 heads and chancellors of various Indian universities; foreign diplomats and over 60 school principals across India. Supported by the Confederation of Young Leaders of India and the Indian Institute of Governance and Leadership & Shastri Institute of Governance and Leadership this gathering showcased solidarity with India’s educational domain, contributing to India’s ambitious goal of establishing a world-class university by 2025.

Confederation of Indian Universities stands as India’s distinguished consortium, representing 1000+ governmental and private universities inaugurated in 2004 by the then Prime Minister of India.

Chairperson in his address acknowledged the importance of education and how the National Education Policy (NEP) will transform and foster learning for the 21st century in New India.

Chairperson received Mr. Apoorv Om, a globally acclaimed and award-winning Indian young hearing-and speech impaired talented artist at his office & felicitated him for his contribution to the field of Art and also for efforts towards the inclusion of hearing-impaired people into the mainstream. Inspired by the work of Mr. Apoorv Om, he offered him a fully funded academic scholarship at the CYL-led Indian Institute of Governance and Leadership and also appointed him as the Ambassador for the Societal Inclusiveness Division at the Confederation of Young Leaders – India.

Chairperson and SG called on Dr. Jitendra Mani, IPS, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Delhi & Advisor, Confederation of Young Leaders – India and expressed gratitude to the Delhi Police for their dedicated efforts in ensuring safety and security of all.

Chairperson called on Hon’ble Shri Parshottam Rupala Ji, India’s Union Minister for Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries at his residence,. Hon’ble Minister lauded the activities being carried out by the Confederation.

Chairperson met Mr. Kazem Samandari, Chairman of L’Opéra French Bakery, and his spouse, Mrs. Christine Samandari at their outlet in Bikaner House. Mr. Suwan praised them for introducing the essence of French bakery to India.

Chairperson and Secretary General met the Chief Economic Advisor to the Government of India, Hon’ble Dr V. Anantha Nageswaranat his office in North Block. They presented the 2024 annual calendar of the confederation, featuring inspiring quotes from the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India Shri NarendraModi, focusing on youth empowerment. Under the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s leadership, his zeal for bringing in transformative economic reforms across all sectors is truly commendable.

Chairperson attended the 2024 National Day Reception of Bhutan at the gracious invitation of H.E. Mr. Vetsop Namgyel, the Ambassador ofBhutan toIndia and conveyed sincere congratulations to the Government and the amiable people of Bhutan.

 Confederation of Young Leaders and the Royal Bhutanese Embassy in India are long-term partners and friends. The Chairperson highlighted the invaluable contributions of the high-ranking graduates from the Government of Bhutan who pursued fully funded academic programs at the Indian Institute of Governance and Leadership & Shastri Institute of Governance and Leadership over the years considering them as distinguished star alumni.

Chairperson sought blessings at the revered ISKCON Temple in New Delhi. During his visit to ISKCON Temple, he engaged in dialogue with Shri Yudhistir Govinda Das, Country Director of Communications, National Spokesperson for ISKCON, and Trustee of the Bhaktivedanta Research. During this visit, Chairperson was honoured with the Bhagavad Gita and pledged to promote Lord Krishna’s teachings among the youth in India and globally.

Following the clarion call of Delhi’s Lieutenant Governor Hon’ble Shri V K Saxena for the ‘100 days to beat plastic’ campaign initiated by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi; Chairperson participated in ‘Cyclothon’ as the Guest of Honour co-hosted by the Embassy of Denmark, Confederation of Indian Cyclists and the Municipal Corporation of Delhi on 5 February 2023. Ambassador of Denmark to India, H.E. Freddy Svane was the Chief Guest. The cyclothon commenced from the Embassy of Denmark to Moolchand Bridge in New Delhi and saw the participation of over 150 cyclists to spread awareness cutting down the use of plastic in daily life.

Continuing the annual tradition of the India – Israel Youth Dialogue, Confederation of Young Leaders, New Delhi and the Embassy of Israel in India co-hosted the second edition of the India – Israel Youth Dialogue 2022 on 20 October 2022.
